Condition: NewIn 1964, at the beginning of their married life, the photographer Masahisa Fukase and his wife Yoko moved into the Matsubara-danchi residential complex of Soka, Saitama. They were soon joined by a siamese cat named Kabo, and a few years later, by Hebo, another cat that Fukase found on the way home from a fishing trip. The intimate, playful, and deeply affectionate collection of photographs in this book are a record of the couple’s daily life with these creatures.
